Arlumea is a full-service model and influencer agency. We provide model placement for photo shoots, fashion shows, film productions, commercial campaigns, and events. Additionally, we offer influencer marketing services, hostess bookings, and casting coordination throughout Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the entire UAE.
2. How can I book a model or influencer?

Our team of experienced bookers will discuss your project requirements and present you with a tailored selection of suitable talent. Once you confirm your choice, we handle the rest.
3. How do I apply to become a model?
Applying is easy and completely free of charge. Use our online application form to submit your details along with a few recent photographs. We welcome all looks and experience levels – whether you are a newcomer or an experienced professional. Our team will review your application and contact you if your profile matches our current requirements.
4. Are there any fees to join Arlumea?
No. Registration in our model database is entirely free. We never charge models for joining our agency. Our income comes from placement fees paid by clients when bookings are made. Be wary of any agency that asks models to pay upfront fees.
5. What are the requirements to become a model?
We look for individuals with confidence, charisma, and a professional attitude. There are no strict height or size requirements – we represent a diverse range of talent including classic models, best ager models, plus size models, and fitness models. The most important qualities are reliability, a positive personality, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
6. Do you represent models outside of Dubai?
Yes! While we are based in Dubai, our agency operates across the entire UAE, including Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas. We also have international connections through our parent company in Dubai. We regularly place talent for projects throughout the Gulf region and beyond.
7. What types of projects do your models work on?
Our models and influencers work on a wide variety of projects, including:

8. How does the booking process work for clients?
The booking process is straightforward:
- Step 1: Contact us with your project details (date, location, type of talent needed, budget).
- Step 2: We present a curated selection of suitable models or influencers.
- Step 3: You choose your preferred talent and we finalise the booking contract.
- Step 4: On the day of the project, the model arrives prepared and professional.
- Step 5: After the project, we handle invoicing and follow-up.
9. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be communicated in writing. If cancelled more than 7 days before the booking date, no fee applies. Cancellations 3–7 days prior incur a 50% fee, and cancellations less than 3 days before the booking are charged at 100%. Full details are outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
