Welcome to models-dubai.com. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Arlumea / Arlumea ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
1. Scope of Services
Arlumea operates as a full-service model and influencer agency. Our services include, but are not limited to, model placement, influencer marketing, hostess services, casting coordination, and event staffing throughout the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into a binding agreement with Arlumea. Models under the age of 18 may be represented only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Model Registration & Application
By submitting an application through our website, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. You grant Arlumea permission to use your submitted photographs and personal details for the purpose of evaluating your application and, if accepted, for promotional and placement purposes.
Registration in our database is free of charge. We do not guarantee placement or employment. Acceptance into our database is at our sole discretion.
4. Booking & Contracts
All bookings are subject to a separate written agreement between Arlumea and the client. Booking confirmations are binding once signed by both parties. Specific terms regarding fees, duration, usage rights, and cancellation policies will be outlined in individual booking contracts.
Clients are responsible for providing safe and professional working conditions for all models and talent booked through our agency.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by clients must be communicated in writing. The following cancellation fees apply unless otherwise specified in the individual booking contract:
- More than 7 days before the booking date: No cancellation fee
- 3–7 days before the booking date: 50% of the agreed fee
- Less than 3 days before the booking date: 100% of the agreed fee
Arlumea reserves the right to substitute talent of comparable quality if a booked model becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Arlumea or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.
Usage rights for photographs and materials produced during bookings are governed by the individual booking contract and must be agreed upon in advance.
7. Payment Terms
All invoices issued by Arlumea are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate. Arlumea reserves the right to withhold services until outstanding invoices are settled.
8. Limitation of Liability
Arlumea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website and shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all information exchanged during the course of business as confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, pricing, client lists, model portfolios, and business strategies. This obligation survives the termination of any contractual relationship.
10. Code of Conduct
Arlumea is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and safe environment for all models, clients, and partners. We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or exploitation of any kind. Any violation of this code of conduct may result in immediate termination of the business relationship.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arlumea, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.
12. Modifications to Terms
Arlumea reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Dubai. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bielefeld, Dubai.
